Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Luminous 27 offers complimentary shipping on orders over 300 euros to destinations within the EU. For orders to destinations outside the EU, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on a case-to-case basis, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and protection of your purchase.
All orders are tracked and require proof of delivery via DHL (outside Spain) or Nacex (Spain & Portugal).
All orders are subject to production times before they ship. For our in-stock products, orders are processed on the next working day. For our pre-order option, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
For our made-to-order pieces, please allow for 4 to 8 weeks from the time of purchase.
If you are buying more than one product, please bear in mind that orders will only be shipped when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated time of all items in your order. Fine Jewellery Care: Our fine jewellery is handcrafted at our studio in Madrid using ethically sourced 18k gold and non–conflict, high-quality diamonds. Please be sure to handle your fine jewellery with care. 18k Gold Vermeil: Gold vermeil is a traditional technique, originating in France in the 18th century, of plating sterling silver with gold. Our 18K gold vermeil is made by hand at our studio and strictly regulated by Spanish law, using 3 microns to certify the highest quality. Tarnishing of vermeil is natural and should be expected.
