Shipping & Returns
Production Availability & Lead Times
All of our fine jewellery is made to order, with a typical production and shipping timeframe of 2 to 4 weeks. We carry limited stock of our silver and stone pieces; availability and shipping times for these items will vary accordingly. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to ship your order within the estimated time, we will contact you directly to arrange a revised delivery date. Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 300 EUR within the European Union. For international orders (outside the EU), shipping fees calculated at checkout do not include customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, which may apply depending on your location. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Each order is custom-packaged with care to ensure the quality and protection of your purchase during transit.
Return Policy
Please note that made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. We only accept returns on stone and sterling silver pieces, provided they meet our return conditions.

A sculptural reinterpretation of the classic bombé silhouette and our iconic Criolla Ear Cuff, this contemporary piece draws subtle influence from pre-Columbian design. Each cuff is masterfully handcrafted, uniting hand-selected gemstones carved in Jaipur with the warm radiance of an 18K yellow gold drop, then finished in our Madrid atelier with exceptional precision.
We work exclusively with natural, handpicked stones. Please note that slight variations in colour are part of their organic beauty.
