Our semi-precious stone pieces are hand carved and hand-picked stones, certified by a gemologist in Madrid. Kindly note semi-precious stones are extremely delicate, please be sure to handle your jewellery with care.

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:

Treat with care and avoid strenuous activities that could expose your jewellery to knocks and scratches.

Remove your jewellery prior to bed, as well as before showering and washing your hands.

Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfume, hair products and cosmetics.

To prevent unwanted scratches, store your jewellery separately in your Luminous 27 dust bag.

Our studio requires specific timings to produce custom-made pieces or out-of-stock items. If, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot deliver your order within the established period, we will contact you directly to arrange a new delivery date.
