Our rings are available in standard Spanish sizing. Please refer to our Ring Size Guide. If you require an alternative size or need help determining your ring size please contact us. Please note that different prices may apply depending on the size.

Shipping: Luminous 27 offers complimentary shipping on orders over 300 euros to destinations within the EU. For orders to destinations outside the EU, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on a case-to-case basis, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and protection of your purchase.

All orders are tracked and require proof of delivery via DHL (outside Spain) or Nacex (Spain & Portugal). All orders are subject to production times before they ship. For our in-stock products, orders are processed on the next working day. For our pre-order option, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. For our made-to-order pieces, please allow for 4 to 8 weeks from the time of purchase.

If you are buying more than one product, please bear in mind that orders will only be shipped when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated time of all items in your order. If you prefer certain pieces in your order to be shipped as they become available, please contact us at hola@luminous27.com to make special shipping arrangements. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Returns: All in-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanges: All our in-stock pieces may be exchanged, subject to availability.
Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

If you receive an item you believe is damaged or defective, please email hola@luminous27.com within one week of receipt. Include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. All jewellery purchased at luminous27.com has a 2-year warranty from the reception date. Within this time frame, any reparation or replacement of defects or damages due to the production of the product or materials used will be covered by Luminous 27.

18k Gold Vermeil: Gold vermeil is a traditional technique, originating in France in the 18th century, of plating sterling silver with gold. Our 18K gold vermeil is made by hand at our studio and strictly regulated by Spanish law, using 3 microns to certify the highest quality. Tarnishing of vermeil is natural and should be expected.
