Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Luminous 27 offers complimentary shipping on orders over 300 euros to destinations within the EU. For orders to destinations outside the EU, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on a case-to-case basis, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and protection of your purchase.
All orders are tracked and require proof of delivery via DHL (outside Spain) or Nacex (Spain & Portugal).
All orders are subject to production times before they ship. For our in-stock products, orders are processed on the next working day. For our pre-order option, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
For our made-to-order pieces, please allow for 4 to 8 weeks from the time of purchase.
If you are buying more than one product, please bear in mind that orders will only be shipped when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated time of all items in your order. Jewellery Care
Jewellery Care: Luminous 27 jewellery is made to be worn. To preserve your piece, handle it with care and avoid impact with hard surfaces. Remove before sleeping, showering or exercising, and avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics and chemicals. When not being worn, store each piece separately in its Luminous 27 dust bag or box.
Natural Stone Care: Natural gemstones are inherently delicate and require particular care. They can chip, crack or break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. Each natural gemstone is unique, with variations in colour, texture and markings. Avoid impact with hard surfaces and contact with perfumes, cosmetics and chemicals. Remove before sleeping, showering or exercising, and store separately in your Luminous 27 dust bag. Due to the nature of certain stone designs, some pieces may not be repairable if broken.

Where a piece cannot be repaired, we will advise on the available options.
