Shipping & Returns
Production Availability & Lead Times
All of our fine jewellery is made to order, with a typical production and shipping timeframe of 2 to 4 weeks. We carry limited stock of our silver and stone pieces; availability and shipping times for these items will vary accordingly. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to ship your order within the estimated time, we will contact you directly to arrange a revised delivery date. Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 300 EUR within the European Union. For international orders (outside the EU), shipping fees calculated at checkout do not include customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, which may apply depending on your location. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Each order is custom-packaged with care to ensure the quality and protection of your purchase during transit.
Return Policy
Please note that made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. We only accept returns on stone and sterling silver pieces, provided they meet our return conditions.
Made to order
Our products are produced by a couple from Maracaibo, Venezuela, who run an artisan jewellery studio in Madrid. Since 2008, we have built a long and trusting relationship with their atelier, which has become a key studio in the iconic Madrid's centre jewellery quarters.
Luminous 27 bridges old and new ways of working. We commit to exclusive, responsible and sustainable production by using traditional methods, hand-crafted techniques, and the latest technology. Producing locally and on demand allows us to support our Venezuelan community in Madrid while reducing resource and transportation waste.

The sterling silver version of The Eduardo Grande Ring is a large 925 sterling silver rhodium-plated piece. It is hand-crafted with the highest attention to detail and embellished with a brilliant-cut diamond. Taking its name from our great-grandmother's surname and Edwardian bombé ring, this jewel is our boldest statement piece. Designed to stack with other bombé shapes or to be worn as a single piece.
The model wears one Eduardo Grande Ring in Sterling Silver stacked with a Blue Chalcedony Eduardo Grande Ring.
