Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and other fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Orders within Spain are shipped via Nacex, while international orders are shipped via DHL.

Production & Delivery

Selected pieces are available for immediate delivery. Otherwise, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted in Madrid.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference.

If your order includes more than one piece, it will be shipped once the entire order is complete and ready for dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the piece is unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging and certificate of authenticity.

Bespoke, personalised or resized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items
