Production Availability & Lead Times

Selected pieces are available for immediate delivery. Otherwise, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted in Madrid. For availability, special orders or further assistance, please contact us at hola@luminous27.com.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and other fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the piece is unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging and certificate of authenticity. Bespoke, personalised or resized pieces cannot be returned.

Our products are produced by a couple from Maracaibo, Venezuela, who run an artisan jewellery studio in Madrid. Since 2008, we have built a long and trusting relationship with their atelier, which has become a key studio in the iconic Madrid's centre jewellery quarters.

Luminous 27 bridges old and new ways of working. We commit to exclusive, responsible and sustainable production by using traditional methods, hand-crafted techniques, and the latest technology. Producing locally and on demand allows us to support our Venezuelan community in Madrid while reducing resource and transportation waste.

Please allow est. 6-8 weeks for shipment; all our fine jewellery pieces are made to order.
